Terms of Service

Last updated 30 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Hextor Space ("Hextor", "we", "us") for using hextorspace.com, the dashboard at dash.hextorspace.com, the sites you publish with us and our products (together, "the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree on that business's behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

01Your account

You must be at least 20, or have a parent's or guardian's consent, and give us accurate details. You sign in with your Google account: keep it secure, as you're responsible for what's done in your Hextor account.

While Hextor is in early access, joining takes an invite code. Each member gets a code to share, and we may limit how many times it can be used.

If you think someone has used your account without your permission, tell us right away at hello@hextorspace.com.

02Your site and content

Your content stays yours. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process and display it, only as needed to run the service, such as publishing your site and keeping backups. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from backup copies kept for a limited time.

You're responsible for your content and your business: that you have the rights to what you publish, that your products, prices and offers are lawful, and that you follow the laws that apply to you, including consumer protection, e-commerce, tax and data protection laws.

When your site collects your customers' personal data, you're its controller under the PDPA and we're your processor. You'll tell your customers how you use their data, get any consent you need (for example, for analytics or ad pixels you add) and answer their requests. We'll process that data only to run the service for you, keep it secure, and help you answer those requests.

03Site addresses and domains

Each site gets a free address at hextor.space. You can claim a name for it as offered in the dashboard. We may refuse or take back a name that's reserved, misleading or offensive, or that infringes someone else's rights.

To connect your own domain, you must own it or have the right to use it. You keep paying your domain registrar; we only point the domain at your site and issue its certificate.

04Acceptable use

Don't use the service to:

  • break the law, or help someone else break it
  • sell illegal, counterfeit or stolen goods, or run scams, phishing or pyramid schemes
  • infringe other people's intellectual property or privacy
  • publish content that sexually exploits children, promotes violence or harasses people
  • send spam, spread malware, or attack, overload or probe the service or other people's sites
  • get around limits we set, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, except as the law allows

We may remove content or suspend a site that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Where we can, we'll tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it.

05Fees and payments

Most of the service is free while Hextor is in early access. Anything you pay for shows its price before you pay, and payments are processed by Stripe.

Except where the law says otherwise, one-off purchases, such as claiming a name for your site, aren't refundable.

If we start charging for something that's free today, we'll tell you at least 30 days before, and you can stop using it.

06Hextor Pay

Hextor Pay is coming soon. It runs on Stripe Connect: you open your own Stripe account through Hextor and agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. What your customers pay goes to your Stripe account, never to Hextor. Stripe's fees and Hextor's are shown before you turn it on.

You're responsible for your sales, including refunds, disputes and the taxes on them.

07AI features

AI can be wrong. Check what our AI features write or build before you publish it. As far as the law allows, what they make for you is yours to use, and you're responsible for how you use it. Don't use them to make content these terms don't allow.

08Other services

Apps and services you connect, such as Google, Meta, LINE, TikTok, marketplaces and booking channels, are run by others under their own terms and privacy policies. We aren't responsible for them, and they may change or stop working with Hextor.

09Early access and products coming soon

Hextor is new. Features in early access, and products marked coming soon, may change, be limited or be withdrawn. We'll try to give notice of big changes, but we can't promise every feature will stay.

10Our rights

Hextor's software, templates, designs and brand belong to us or the people we license them from. These terms only give you the right to use them as part of the service; templates may be used for your sites on Hextor. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

Parts of the service are built with open-source software, under their own licences, listed in Open-source licenses.

11Closing your account

You can stop using Hextor and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms or that the law requires us to close, or, with at least 30 days' notice, if we stop offering the service. Unless the law or a risk to others stops us, you'll have a chance to export your content first.

12Disclaimer

We work to keep Hextor available and secure, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Keep your own copies of content that matters to you.

13Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, Hextor isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 1,000 baht.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or anything else the law doesn't allow to be limited.

14Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against Hextor because of your content, your site, your sales or your breach of these terms, you'll cover the reasonable costs and losses that result, as far as the law allows.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date and, for changes that matter, tell you by email or in the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

16Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the Thai courts will decide any dispute, without taking away rights the consumer laws where you live give you.
